Cake

  1. Mix all ingredients with a whisk for 1 minute at low speed.
  2. Scrape down the edges.
  3. Mix 3 minutes on high speed.
  4. The recipe yields two cake-to-go baking tins, 10×60 cm.
  5. Baking temperature: 170°C
  6. Baking time: 20 minutes

Filling/Decoration

  1. Whisk Bakels Delight with added Aromatic Pistachio Flavour.

Assembly

  1. Divide the bottom in two and spread pistachio filling between the layers and on the top.

  2. Decorate as desired.
