Following the construction of a new facility to house production, logistics, offices and a state of the art baking centre the first phase of developing Bakels new base is complete.
Bakels has three legal entities in China, Bakels Dalian Co, Bakels China Co and the recently acquired BGFI.  Bakels Dalian Co is acting as the Head Office for these companies and the entire Senior Management team, together with management services, are based there.
The Dalian operation is designed to be expanded to service future business growth, as well as supporting our other businesses in China.
