With effect of June 1, 2024 Bakels Nutribake AG took over the workforce, business and production facilities including premises of Räber AG, a company with great tradition.

The planned consolidation of the production facilities of Räber AG and Bakels Nutribake AG at the site in Küssnacht am Rigi will optimise synergies to the benefit of customers and business partners.

The employees of both companies will ensure the smooth transition of business activities.
